Subscriptions
Paid plans (Researcher $49/mo, Lab $199/mo, R&D Pro $499/mo) are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each period until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it reverts to the Free plan. We do not prorate or refund the unused portion of a period except as described below.
Refunds
- 14-day first-purchase guarantee: if you're unsatisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge for a full refund of that charge.
- Billing errors: we promptly refund duplicate or incorrect charges.
- Service failure: if a confirmed platform outage materially prevented use, we may issue a prorated credit or refund.
Usage-based compute & credits
GPU/compute credits that have been consumed are non-refundable because the underlying compute cost has already been incurred. Unused prepaid credits can be refunded on request within 30 days of purchase, less any consumed amount.
How to request
Email support@laplace.ai from your account email with the charge details. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Enterprise
Enterprise agreements follow their own order form and payment terms, which supersede this policy where they conflict.
