Ownership

You retain ownership of the datasets, models, and reports you upload or generate. Laplace and its licensors retain ownership of the platform software, provided models, documentation, and trademarks. Open-source models and libraries remain subject to their own licenses.

Your responsibilities

You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that your use does not infringe third-party intellectual-property or privacy rights. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Reporting infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content on Laplace infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@laplace.ai including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material (with a link or location).
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Our response

We review valid notices, may remove or disable access to the material, and notify the affected user. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@laplace.ai with the required statements, and we may restore the material as permitted by law.

Trademark & other abuse

For trademark concerns or other abuse not covered above, contact abuse@laplace.ai.
